الحذف نهائي ولا رجعة فيه بمجرد اكتمال العملية تمحى دفاترك كلها — الزبائن والأقساط والدفعات والديون — ولا يستطيع أحد استرجاعها، لا أنت ولا نحن. صدر بياناتك أولا (البند ٥).

الحذف متاح من داخل التطبيق نفسه — لا يحتاج مراسلتنا ولا انتظار رد.

خطوات التأكيد الخمس

حسابك يحمل أموالا وأسماء زبائن، فلا يحذف بضغطة واحدة. يمر الطلب بخمس بوابات:

١ التحقق من كلمة المرور
تدخل كلمة مرور حسابك الحالية صحيحة.
٢ سبب الحذف اختياري
سطر مختصر عن سبب مغادرتك — يساعدنا على تحسين التطبيق، ولك أن تتخطاه.
٣ شاشة تحذير مع عد تنازلي
تحذير مفصل بأن البيانات ستمحى نهائيا، وزر المتابعة معطل حتى ينتهي عد تنازلي مدته ١٠ ثوان.
٤ تأكيد بالبصمة إن توفرت
في الأجهزة الداعمة يطلب التطبيق بصمة الإصبع أو بصمة الوجه للتأكد أن صاحب الجهاز هو الطالب. وإن لم تتوفر أو فشلت، يكفي التحقق بكلمة المرور.
٥ كتابة عبارة مطابقة
الخطوة الأخيرة: تكتب بيدك العبارة التالية حرفا بحرف.

عند اكتمال التأكيد يمحى حسابك وكل ما ارتبط به:

ملفك الشخصي وبيانات دخولك

كل الزبائن الذين أضفتهم

الأقساط والدفعات والديون

المجاميع وإعدادات حسابك

دفاتر الديون وصفحاتها وحركاتها

الخزنة والمصاريف وحركات رأس المال

المندوبون والموظفون وصلاحياتهم

الصور والمرفقات المرتبطة بحسابك

إعدادات الطباعة وتفضيلاتك

النسخة المحلية داخل جهازك

ماذا يحدث بعدها

فورا	يسجل خروجك من التطبيق على هذا الجهاز، وتمسح النسخة المحلية منه.
الدخول	لن تستطيع الدخول بهذا الحساب مرة أخرى.
الاسترجاع	لا يمكن استرجاع البيانات — لا من التطبيق ولا بمراسلتنا.
حساب جديد	تستطيع التسجيل من جديد متى شئت، لكنه يبدأ فارغا.
خوادمنا	تزال بياناتك من الخوادم خلال ٣٠ يوما كحد أقصى، وتزول من النسخ الاحتياطية المعماة مع دورتها. راجع سياسة الخصوصية.

قبل أن تضغط: صدر دفاترك

دقيقة واحدة تقيك ندما طويلا يستطيع التطبيق تصدير بياناتك إلى ملف Excel أو PDF قبل الحذف. افعل ذلك أولا واحتفظ بالملف خارج الجهاز — فبعد الحذف لن يبقى ما يصدر.

وإن كان ما يزعجك مشكلة في التطبيق لا رغبة في المغادرة، فراسلنا قبل الحذف — أغلب ما يصلنا يحل في دقائق.

مع العلم أن الحذف متى اكتمل في النظام فلا سبيل لاسترجاع البيانات السابقة.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone Once the process completes, all of your ledgers — customers, instalments, payments, debts — are erased, and nobody can bring them back, not you and not us. Export your data first (section 5).

Deletion is available from inside the app itself — no need to write to us or wait for a reply.

The five confirmations

Your account holds money and customer names, so it is not deleted with a single tap. The request passes through five gates:

1 Password verification
You must enter your current account password correctly.
2 Reason for leaving optional
A short line about why you are leaving — it helps us improve the app, and you may skip it.
3 Warning screen with a countdown
A detailed warning that your data will be permanently erased, with the continue button disabled until a 10-second countdown finishes.
4 Biometric confirmation if available
On supported devices the app asks for your fingerprint or Face ID to confirm the device owner is the one requesting deletion. If biometrics are unavailable or fail, password verification alone is enough.
5 Typing an exact phrase
The final step: you type the following phrase by hand, character for character.

When the confirmation completes, your account and everything tied to it is erased:

Your profile and login details

Every customer you added

Instalments, payments and debts

Groups and account settings

Debt books, pages and entries

Cash box, expenses and capital movements

Agents, employees and their permissions

Images and attachments on your data

Print settings and preferences

The local copy inside your device

What happens next

Immediately	You are signed out of the app on this device, and the local copy is wiped from it.
Signing in	You will not be able to sign in with this account again.
Recovery	The data cannot be recovered — not from the app, and not by writing to us.
A new account	You can register again whenever you like, but it starts empty.
Our servers	Your data is removed from the servers within 30 days at most, and disappears from encrypted backups as they rotate. See the privacy policy.

Before you tap: export your ledgers

One minute now saves a long regret The app can export your data to Excel or PDF before deletion. Do that first and keep the file off the device — after deletion there is nothing left to export.

And if what is bothering you is a problem in the app rather than a wish to leave, write to us before deleting — most of what reaches us is solved in minutes.
