Account Deletion Policy – Aksat App

For security and financial integrity, account deletion is not allowed directly from within the app. The app manages sensitive financial transactions, including customer installments, payment records, and contractual obligations between merchants and clients. Allowing users to delete their accounts without verification could result in permanent loss of important financial data.

If you are a registered merchant and wish to request account deletion, please contact our support team via email at: support@aksat-ms.com using the email address associated with your account.

After verifying your identity and confirming your request, our team will proceed with manually deleting your account. Please note:

This process is only available to verified merchants (business owners).
Once deleted, all associated data (customers, installments, documents, and payments) will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days.

من أجل الأمان والحفاظ على سلامة البيانات المالية، لا يمكن حذف الحساب من داخل التطبيق مباشرة. يتعامل التطبيق مع معلومات حساسة تشمل الأقساط المالية، سجلات الدفع، والاتفاقات بين التجار والعملاء. السماح بالحذف المباشر قد يؤدي إلى فقدان دائم لمعلومات هامة.

إذا كنت تاجرًا مسجلاً وتريد حذف حسابك، يرجى التواصل معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني التالي: support@aksat-ms.com باستخدام البريد المسجل في حسابك.

بعد التحقق من هويتك وتأكيد الطلب، سيقوم فريقنا بحذف الحساب يدويًا. يرجى ملاحظة ما يلي:

هذه العملية متاحة فقط للتجار الذين تم التحقق من هويتهم.
بعد الحذف، سيتم مسح جميع البيانات المرتبطة (العملاء، الأقساط، الوثائق، المدفوعات) بشكل نهائي ولا يمكن استرجاعها.
تُعالج طلبات الحذف خلال 7 أيام عمل.
